What are Vulgate programs?
Vulgate programs are impactful, short summer programs at K-12 schools abroad, focusing on English language immersion and a deepening of the students’ Catholic awareness.
How Vulgate Programs Work
Vulgate connects talented young people from the U.S. with K-12 Catholic schools in Southern Europe. Instructors volunteer for 4 weeks in the summer, and Vulgate supports them by providing funding for travel & living expenses and an authentically Catholic curriculum for the English immersion classes.

Summer 2025 Programs
Dates
Programs are 4 weeks, split into 2 two-week sessions, from June 28 - July 26, 2025.
Locations
Multiple locations in Southern Europe, particularly in Spain and Portugal.
Curriculum
English language immersion using excellent Catholic resources.
Vulgate’s name originates from St. Jerome’s Latin translation of the Bible and he has been adopted as patron of it’s programs. St. Jerome, pray for us!
